Karol
I have known Karol my entire life. She is my mom. She has been working with me for nine years doing all of the insurance work and billing. She is very knowledgeable in this area as she was trained as a medical secretary at Maryland Medical Secretarial School and has worked in the medical field as an office manager and in the insurance and billing department of a seven doctor, internal medicine practice. My mom and dad love their 7 grandchildren. They are very active in their local church.
Michele
Michele joined our staff in February 2013. Hers is the voice you will hear when you call the office for an appointment. She loves people and goes above and beyond her job description to show them that she and our office really care not just about their teeth but about them as a whole person. Michele graduated from Liberty University. She is married and has four children. She enjoys reading, cooking and playing the piano.
